I have been using the bullet journal system since October of 2015 and I have switched between many different types of notebooks since then! I started out using one big notebook, the Miquel Rius notebook. (You can read about it here.) I decided that one notebook just wouldn’t work for me so I went back to my traveler’s notebook. (You can read about that switch here.) And since then I have tried a couple of sizes of traveler’s notebooks before settling on what I believe is the perfect size for me currently.
I started out in the standard size prior to trying the one notebook method. After trying the one notebook and deciding to go back to a traveler’s notebook, I went back to this size. Well then, I wanted something a little more portable so I decided to switch to personal size. After some months I realized the personal size was really too much space for my planning needs. So then I decided to try out the pocket size. It was much smaller but I liked the idea of it being compact and portable. However, after using it for a while, I realized it was just too narrow for me as my planner. Starting to sound like Goldilocks huh?!
Well, this year I decided to give the A6 size traveler’s notebook a try. Perfect choice! It was not too big and not too small. It was just right! I have been using this size all year and I am loving it! So I’d like to share my setup with you! Just click the picture below to view the video!
